This project involved the removal and reinstallation of existing slate roofing, requiring careful handling and placement to maintain consistency across the roof surface. New copper flashings and gutters were installed to integrate with the slate system and provide proper drainage at all transitions.

On the low-slope sections, Titan Roofing installed approximately 50,000 square feet of EPDM and PVC roofing systems, coordinated to tie into the steep-slope assemblies and surrounding conditions.

Work was performed with attention to sequencing and integration between steep-slope and low-slope systems, ensuring continuity across different roof types.

Result: A combined slate restoration and multi-system membrane installation executed with control across both steep- and low-slope conditions, demonstrating Titan Roofing’s ability to manage transitions, integrate copper detailing, and deliver consistent performance across complex roof assemblies.
