Bristol Myers Squibb – Devens Campus Roofing

This project included single-ply roofing installation across three new buildings totaling 143,000 square feet at the Queenstown Street campus in Devens, MA.

Work was performed during a period of extreme snowfall conditions, requiring careful planning, sequencing, and site control to maintain progress. Installation was coordinated to ensure proper membrane placement and system integrity despite ongoing weather challenges.

All phases were executed with attention to jobsite safety, crew coordination, and maintaining consistent workmanship across multiple buildings.

Result: A large-scale single-ply roofing installation successfully executed under severe winter conditions, demonstrating Titan Roofing’s ability to maintain control, safety, and consistent system performance when weather and schedule pressures are at their highest.
